I have a broadband connection at home using BT...if I have two PCs, will I be able to run BF2142 on each and have both myself and my GF playing at the same time? this would also allow me to idle on one PC and play on the other if I wanted as well...I did notice the other day when we were both online, that my ping soared to about 1000 when she was playing one of her online games, though to be fair, she was running all of her internet security and God only knows how many windows open...if I need a second broadband line, I will, I guess have to consider the costs again...BT are not particularly cheap...answers on a postcard

You do not need a second connection. DO NOT GET IT.
Me and Boca run 3 PC's @ idle on BF2142.
What size is your connection?
We have a 20mb.
If yours is lower than this just upgrade it.
The high ping @ times will be due to something downloading from the internet not the game.
