I sure wouldn't mess w/ it. Have heard about people having issues w/ PunkBuster.

kboucher was telling and eric and me about this yesterday and apparently it doesn't work for eric.... what's the possible harm in trying it?

For some, punkbuster sees it as something suspect and flags it. Like the Steam ingame chat utility when used inside Bf2. It will kick you from a PB enabled server.

Then again, why would someone want a TS overlay? You know what TS room your in. You know who is joining/leaving the room. You have to alt+tab anyway to leave the game and open a new window. Just seems redundant, and not worth the risk.


From what I can tell from the link he posted, this is not from TS, but a 3rd party utility. Ya really want to use 3rd party software? Not me :)

Thanks for digging that up Eric.

On a final note on this:
As per our agreement w/ PBbans, that any player banned through EvenBallance (PunkBuster) must be removed from our player roster ---> kicked out of the clan. Does not mater if its a false positive or not. Does not matter if its a clan admin or the newest member. Get flagged for a ban, you go, no questions asked.
