Title: Stupid RAID card
Post by: Groovechild on September 07, 2011, 08:59:44 AM: So got my rig working and everything all setup, and then boom, come into the basement this morning with the PC constantly rebooting. My areca card took a dump (with all my game installs on it). Browsing ebay for a replacement now (can't afford a new one). Once I get that, should be good to go. The OS is running great (BTW, the Crucial M4 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820148441 (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820148441) is an awesome value for an SSD, go from BIOS to desktop in a little over 5 seconds), but lost my Steam and Origin/EA files (they won't fit on my little SSD drive). Hoping to be online early next week.
What's the current scoop for idling? Where ya want me, BadCo or Blops?

Also, that drive is out of stock. Wah, wah wah....
