Appeal Ban

I am trying to figure out why I was banned. Game disconnected: you have been banned from this server. Stated reason: disrespectful language   ?
I went into your server and was playing. It was 3 on 1. Us 3 against 1 Major_Cubensis. He was killing us all with a pistol?!?!  So I said cheater and left. I was then banned. Then I noticed last night that he was on, so my husband went on with his account. And asked him why I was banned. Major then said some not nice things about me. I apologized to him. I"M SORRY. I WAS WRONG. I like playing in your server. No I am not the best player. But I would like to still play here.

Your ingame language directed at both Major_Cubensis as well as the 308 clan/server in general, was alot more colorful than your post would indicate. 

No one, and I mean no one, has ever been banned from ANY server we've run for a simple hackusation... Your comments went the extra mile, and thus the ban was earned. It is not wise to threaten to report a server to EA about cheating, when your the one that struggles to effectively play the game.

308 is an active member of PBbans, and very active in running a cheat free servers. The member in your view was cheating has a Avg. Weapon Accuracy of 15.9%. Not what I would call a botter.

If he was using the pistol, it was probably because he felt sorry for you, and felt it was the only way to keep things fair.

sorry man and i am sure we both will apply what was learned today, i believe in being fair and giving people a chance and was just trying to state i was a small partial witness to some of this debate and from what i gather i do applaud your take on the situation
