So, for everybody I don't know, I'm a retired member around these parts.

For everybody I do know.  Hey!  I will be your medic in 1 or 2 on our titan, right as the shields drop...  Just watch for those damn pilums on the upstairs doors.

Been out of the gaming game for a bit here.  But, I have picked up a new hobby. 

This is my first attempt at a .308.  Started out with a Dick's sporting goods Remington 700 varmint.  It's the ADL model so the floorplate was blind and had to be replaced in order to replace the stock.  Pretty much replaced everything else as well.

Chambered in good 'ol .308 Winchester
Stock action, trigger, and 26" bull barrel
Vortex 6-18 glass
Bell and Carlson aluminum bedded stock, free-floated
Harris 6-9" bipod

I literally just put it together so I apologize for the lack of pics of tiny ragged hole groups, which I hope to soon produce.  Still have to epoxy bed the action in the stock and the rail on the receiver.  And my rings are temporary ones I had laying around.

I just spent two months straight in DC on a special detail for work.  The rifle was my little present to myself afterwards.  The wife got a 2014 tiguan out of the deal...  So there was no argument when I explained how much the .308 was going to cost

I hope everybody is doing well.  Miss you guys. 

No complaints here though.  Life is good.
