Want To Join 308?

Ever thought about joining a clan, and wondered  "Whats in it for me?"   or,   "Why would I want to do that?"

 

Its a fair question. We all thought about it, before taking the plunge. The answer is easy:

- Reserved slots on all clan servers (no waiting in queue)

- Immunity from annoying Auto Balance team switch at the worst possible time.

- Access to server admin (active group participation warrants server admin)

- Snappy website and teamspeak to keep in contact w/ your friends.

- Improved scores and personal stats by working as a team, instead of "going it alone".

- Greater overall enjoyment of your game time, thru developed friendships and camaraderie with great guys.

If that sounds like a great way to maximize your gaming experience and want to give it a try, keep reading!


Who we are looking for :

Laid back, easy going gamers who thrive in a group play environment... People that are motivated to excel and provide a positive attitude while ingame or on team speak.  We look for people that play regularly. Not people that play once in a while, then disappear.

In asking to be part of 308, your asking to be a member of our community and way of doing things. If accepted, you will be expected to contribute in time and/or financially. By time, we are referring to our idle/seeder program on our servers. That means - members put an idle player on the server before work/school, then goes afk before leaving for the day. This is to help towards the minimum number of players needed to get the servers going each day.
 
Adult members will be expected to pitch in towards the monthly clan expenses. If you can't afford a little something each month towards your entertainment budget, then this is probably not a good time for you to join a clan. We are primarily a 18+ group. We expect adults to understand how the world works, and how monthly bills get paid... Younger members or students that can not afford to donate financially can participate in the server seeder program! 
 
Cheaters, glitchers, or stat padders are not welcome @ 308! Anyone with a prior EB/VAC ban on record will be denied, regardless of excuse. Anyone seen on a knife/pistol server (or any other score padding server/situation) will be denied acceptance into the clan. Any approved member seen padding stats will be removed from the group. We have zero tolerance for those that would willfully cheat, boost, or use exploits... If your game is not good enough w/out cheating/padding, you need to find another clan.
