Naval Strike, the 3rd DLC for BF4 is launching late March and it will contain:
4 maps - Lost Island, Nansha Strike, Wave Breaker, and Operation Mortar
5 new weapons
2 gadgets - 3GL (3 round Grenade Launcher) and a Anti-helicopter mine
Aaaaand the thing I'm excited the most about:
TITAN MODE IS MAKING ITS' RETURN!

Another $15 for a 4 map pack, few new guns (locked players out of the f2000 w/out paying more - not an accident), and "Titan" mode. But wait theres more. For free we'll throw in a sound bug, poor net code, and painfully slow load ins, for absolutely free  :D

I'll wait till I read reviews from former 2142 regulars before I even think about giving DICE another nickel. Even then, I predict (based on former experience w/ 2142) a buggy, choke point, abortion, of what was a fantastic game mode.... How you going to have Titan w/ out apc pods? They going to code in shield overloading exploit? What other hastily thrown together bugs will be exploited? 2142 deserves a sequel. Not a 1 off mode in a map pack.  Probably not what some would expect me to say, but its tha truth Ruth.

F2000, AS-Val, M60E4, GOL Magnum and DAO-12 are from Second Assault, the weapons from Naval Strike remain unknown.
The "Titans" are probably going to be battleships or air carriers, so I think that a couple of RHIBs and Jetskis (PWC) will get the job done. Plus I'm sure there's gonna be transport helis.

I stand corrected. Thank you.

I told Craig the other day I was going to start calling him 'the professor', when it comes to all things battle field... He seems to have a pretty good handle on all the details I miss or dont know. Since I've been back playing, hes been able to answer most all my stupid questions.   ;D

I'm excited for this! I loved the Titan mode (as did we all) so its return in naval form, even if only a part of an expansion pack, sounds good to me! Not crazy about the anti-heli mines or the assault class semi-auto 40mm grenade launchers, but if balanced properly they could be okay :D http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=npnxG6m3M7s&list=UUlMXf2oP5UiW_V4dwHxY0Mg#t=4m21s

Subtitles:
0:08 Capture missile bases/launchers/silos to fire missiles.
0:12 Missiles are fired automatically and damage the enemy carrier.
0:24 Missile sites can be captured by both teams.
0:34 When reaching 50%, the carriers are becoming attackable and reveal new objectives.
0:43 Arm the objectives and defend them to make your way through the carrier.
1:02 Objectives can be disarmed by the enemy.
1:10 Your team won!

I wonder if they're going to give the American enemy team its' own air carrier. But as we know DICE, they'll just get the normal American LHDs.

Can't recognize a single of the new weapons mentioned. No AN94 for me and no G3A3 for AandD :C

Update:
AA Mine
It is a self-operating AA rocket with one missile per "mine". 2 are carried. Does 30 damage per shot. After firing the missile, it self destructs. Requires lock to hit. Not sure about maintaining lock.
3x PDW Ribbon
5 Destroyed Attack aircraft with rocket launchers. (I suppose they mean AT launchers - NLAW, SMAW, SRAW, RPG, AT4)

3GL
3-round grenade launcher carried by the assault class. Has 6 rounds in total. 3 hits within +/-1m to kill.
10x M320/GP30 buckshot ammo kills
10x M320/GP30 LVG kills

Saw this on another site I visit:

Delayed till April 8

Quote
The PC release of Battlefield 4's third downloadable expansion, Naval Strike, will not launch alongside the console versions today due to a recently discovered issue, according to a post on the Battlelog.

The expansion was slated to launch across PC and consoles March 25 for Battlefield Premium members and non-Premium members April 8. The company was unable to share a set date for the expansion's PC release.

"We've detected an issue and it needs to be solved. Quality is our number one priority and we will not release Battlefield 4 Naval Strike on PC until we feel it meets the highest quality level possible," the post reads. "We are also working on a larger update to release alongside Battlefield 4 Naval Strike on PC that will address the issue of Tablet Commander not working correctly."

The new 'Titan' maps have been added to the conquest server. Those willing enough to give DICE extra money in advance for premium can play now. The rest of us will help populate when the map pack becomes available  :P

Is it not?

I can't see the new maps (as I can with the old maps) in the maplist from procon. So our provider set the rotation at my request. I believe he said the game mode was "carrier assault" which I was under the impression was the 'titan' game mode.

If I had access to the server, I would have checked. Guess Eric can take it from here.
