Battlefield 1... huh?

Have played a few rounds.

Must say I do not like it.

For me its a step back not only in time but also in game play.

I just do not see this game, as the next progression of Battlefield. Sorry......

How are you playing it? Alpha? Beta? Hacking skills?

Playing the closed Alpha and I am now rank 27. Played a few hours on it. Have to agree with Eric not the progression I had hope for. The graphics are nice but the vehicles (no Helo's) and yes I know it's WW1 are not that great. The in flight repair is a little bit frustrating and so is the bomb targeting or lack there of. Tanks are destroyed pretty easy and maneuvering is not great either. I have played in all classes and it is mainly a run and gun game. Limited scoping but this might be in the Alpha version only, not sure. Don't know if I would buy this game.

But rng? Ok by me. In one of the early promo vids, showed a guy running through a trench w/ a shottie. Cracked a wee smile when I saw that.
