I noticed this posted over at FPS. Some nice changes in my view. For starters, there wont be "dlc" map packages that separate players that dont buy "premium" (which is one of the reasons I stopped gaming) Another change talked about is people wont be able to play the mini map, healing, ammo and revives are more hands on. Not just drop a box, and collect points.

I am not saying I plan to shell out the bucks, just saying the changes sound better than what the battlefield series had morphed into.

#NotMyBattlefield

Me thinks they are trying to please everyone. Don't think it will work..

So much hate on the interweb …………….

Will I buy ?

The first time since BF2142, I have to say I dont know.

Will try to talk to all on TS and see if there is a movement towards it.

If not we will just stick to BF4

I suppose there are pros and cons to most everything in life. I understand my perspective doesnt mean much, but I do like the focus on "squad play". If anything, would be a great opportunity to continue yelling at reap for not helping.

I imagine (guess) that those who may complain about this one, are the younger crowd. It wont be fast enough, cool enough. Tanks and planes to slow/vulnerable. No helicopters to camp (hide) in. Health wont automatically return to full. Ammo and regeneration will require effort.

But hey, now that I think about it... So what if many dont like the game play changes? Arnt these the whiney instant gratification kiddie douche bags, you wouldnt want to play with anyway? Glass half full perspective: DICE may have actually have done old school PC gamers a favor, for once.

Watch this one.

Chris gives a good overview of the series and gives a thumps up to BF5 at this stage.
Although he does need more information from DIEC/EA

I'd agree with most of what he was saying. Think I heard him say server rentals were undecided?

As to make another post, that last song you posted was terrible.  :P
