Where Can I Find The Rules For 308 Server For BF2142, Have Searched High And Low And Cant See To Find The Rules Anywhere, Think I Have Seen ThemIn Here Before But Suddenly Im Blind,Help!!!
Usaly When Its Easy To Find/See I Cant Find It, Just Like My Car And Motorcycle Keys, Or My Sunglasses I Allready Have On Top Of My Head

^ That's it, in a nutshell, cancermanor. The "biggies", anyway. Obviously, there's a bit more to it then that. Get w/ me, etlives, Strontiumdog, or any admin/ member in game for specifics. Most rules are posted on the start-up screen or scroll in green text, in game. We'll be more than happy to clarify whatever it is your looking for.

but is there no section with rules in here? cause there are so many things ppl can do that aint mentioned by u 2 here, i would like if we could log in and see the rules, all the rules on one page cause cant always see the rules scrolling,cause dont know how many and how long time to see all rules scrolling, always and asshat that break some kind of rules and we dont know if its legal so would be better if we could log in and see if it was legal before we start to whine hope to see a "rule section" soon, Greetings from CanCerManNor, C4nC3rM4n, Strok3, WBBS, Vinglefitte, CanCer77, NightAnimal. =BB= Clan, (Mighty, Ice and me was in yesterday and one guy keept on going and we asked and asked luvofmyknife but he didnt answer on it, so i logged in here and tried to find the rules, thats our dilema) Ice was pissed out of his head on this guy.And i took a look and there is NO rules on login screen anymore. and if there are rules out over what u mentioned it should stand somewhere just so its not up to the admin to make rules up that will fit him at that moment. Cause if it dont stand anywhere how can we know what is illigal or not, not always admins see everything even when we go into squad and speak to them they dont always respond, Like me and Ice we always follow rules and its annoying like hell when there is a guy in doing stuff that ruin the game for everyone cause ppl dont know if its legal and noone help answering the question/Warn/Kick/Ban, me and Ice have started to just use xfire to record everything we dont think is legal. i just removed the oversized pic instead since we all have seen it now anyway, and if i took it smaller we couldnt read anything on the pic, but thx anyway

31:No Helping Enemy Team/ No Switching Teams To Destroy Consoles Or Kill Ppl Of Former Team With APM/RDX/Sentry. 
32:As Commander You Have To Give Orders That Will Help The Team.
33:As Commander You Have To Help Team/Squads With UAV/Spotting/EMP/Supplies When Beeing Asked For It As Long As Its Not On CoolDown.
34:As Commander You Never Move Titan Away From BattleField (Never Out In Desert/Never Away From Siloes).
35:As Squad Leader You Give Orders To Attack And Defend Siloes And Also Ask Commander For Help Regarding Your Team/Squad Needs.
36:Only Recon  Is Allowed Into Enemy Spawn To Destroy Assets And Then Leave In Jeep And ONLY The Jeep Right Away After Assets Are Destroyed, That Means Not Get Supply Of Any Kind, Not Allowed To Spawn/Stay In Enemy Spawn,No Killing(Killing Is Allowed To Defend Yourself If PPL Shoot At You While Running 4 Jeep).
37:No Motion Mines On Titan Shields Or Beside Or On Top Of Titan Where Shield Starts.
38:No Bad Language, English Only. 
39:Just TeaBag PPL, Easy Targets We All Like. (Ironi: Teabagging PPL Is Not Allowed)

I can appreciate your perspective. We don't use a rule list. Most people dont bother to read them ingame, so no need for a redundant list on our website. If you have a question about a rule, ask a 308 member ingame or on TS. But, (and this is the important part) going on five years with this game, the few people still playing 2142, know our rules. Those that like them come back, those that don't, don't.  The server admins will handle the rest ingame.

i was on and i answered him a few times...if he was recording it with xfire, does it show where i was typing tht seat switching was ok....just look at the tapes man...i did answer him...and i dont think he heard me on chat....sorry bout that...but i did tell him it was ok....

Obviously, Cancer, hacks, glitching of any kind along w/ Butts abbreviated list are against the rules. I will partner w/ Butt and Eric about putting together a more complete list of bannable offences, and the ones that will warrant warnings/kicks. Look for it in the next several days.

Nice 2 get a quick answer, i will also put your rules out on our site just so we also help with getting the rules out there, so they cant say they didnt know or that they cant read english, we are going to translate it to French, norwegian, swedish and danish aswell, and will try to find a spanish, german, dutch, russian and polish guy aswell that will help translate all the rules. so if you have anyone that can do that for us, we will more then help you translate into Swedish,danish,French, and norwegian back to you/308

apothead2: yeah i saw it but the guy was doing something else i think, i can ask him 2day if he still remembers it. i only heard him getting more and more pissed on the guy and that he didnt get any answer from u, he said he saw u push the voip button and he heard your buttons clicking and heard the game he said, but nothing was said from your side he said. and he didnt c u write anything cause he asked me to get a hold on any from 308 and i did/tried by logging out and into clan site to find rules and ppl cause i thought you didnt c our messages, but nooen in exept u. but dont worry i calmed him down. he just got annoyed that noone helped him "right away" when i have trouble with certain ppl i just leave thats the best way when admin aint in or is afk for a while. and then come back when you see there is admin in. i have no trouble with seatswitching it only makes them easy targets if there is a saaw or mitchell/sudnik, i do it another way then him, i take ss or rec it and then send names and reason to eric/strontium/308 if im not sure if its legal or not, so dont worry we will always be back, this server is playable compared to other clans/servers where they/admins treat ppl like idiots and call them bad names, they dont understand that if it hadent been for us ppl logging in that they would have an empty server. Dont like when admins behave bad towards ppl. I try to be nice to all ppl cause im not 15 and have to call everyone a noob just cause i killed them or call them cheaters cause they killed me. Peace in war;) Hope to see more of you guys in and just add all =BB=

We do show a limited list on the playing screen.

 ***SWITCHING or CLANSTACKING SIDES, WILL RESULT IN BAN FOR ALL INVOLVED***
***OVERLOADING = BAN***
***DO NOT BASERAPE nor STEAL ENEMY ARMOR FROM BASE***

But, as Butt has said most players should know what is right and wrong.

The general rule set is:


No RDX Hopping
No RDX Jihad
No Mining Hanger Shields
No Base Rape
No Ramming
No Flying Commander
No Overload

By far the best way to deal with any issue you have is to join us on TS.
