It's not like it's Rocket Scien...oh wait...
Went out to run some errands and when i got back the rig was down. not booting. Hopefully just the PSU. Any ideas on how to check that that's the problem before i fork out some cash for a new one?

Why the PSU guess? Something smell burnt?
Could be anything. Seeing that you just moved it, I'd check all your cables, and make sure something didnt come loose in the transport.

already did a cable check. it was on earlier today as well. there is a slight smell of burnt electronics, but nothing visible on the mobo. psu guess because of this and the fact that there is no response to the power button.

Buy a PSU, If that doesnt fix it, pull mobo, and check front and back for burnt spot.
Something like this:

Nice pick on the Zalman. They have the nicest gunmetal finish I have seen anywhere. I wish they made cars with that finish!

agreed, it's a beautiful looking finish and i have no idea why i didn't start off with a modular psu. best thing ever. now i just need a little more room in the case so i've been looking at some full towers. narrowed it down to these two, but if you guys have any recomendations please let me know.
