You talked about visual aspects and I thought of Rammstein who I think has the best. Unbelievable shows. I have their Volkerball DVD with their concert in Nime and it's unbelievable.
Here are two of my favorites, not from the concert though.

Some of you from back in the day may remember the tweekin acid funk version of this song. I'm likely on my own for this one, as trip-hop isn't trendy now, but this was one of my favorite tracks back in the day, especially when hitting the couches in the lounge at 5AM when the methylene dioxy was wearing off:
