How do I get rid of this?
Switched from vista to 7, and durring the initial stages of getting back online after installing 7 , I got a network pop-up that asked for the name/password given from ISP.
Now I am getting that stupid box popping up alot, and sometimes seem to be having problems connecting to the net at start up, and when opening a new browser window. HELP!!!!

If life hands you lemons, ask for Tequila and salt
Which browser are you using? If IE, goto Internet Options ~> Connections ~> and then click 'Never dial a connection'
See if that works.
