Can't play on windows7

As some of you may know, when I got my new computer, it was not compatable w/ some of the older and not so old games I have. Something to do w/ the OS. I have been wanting to play FarCry, but, this was one that I could not load. Today I called UBI and asked them about it, and they basically said, too bad, so sad, bye bye. But the guy on the phone directed me to this site, http://www.gog.com which buys the rights to "older games" and sells them via download. Whatever they do to them, the games are now compatible w/ windows7. We'll see how it works. Will probably pick up Redneck rampage, too. That was fun to play. Reminds me of some people I know.
