Greetings 308s, This is SaGa-Dream. I frequent your server ( http://battlelog.battlefield.com/bf3/servers/show/bdf10d57-0fee-4d3c-adcf-0b8c78b2eec6/308os-com-24-7-Tehran-and-Seine/ ) and today when playing with my friend (rAAANDY01) I was kicked once as well as banned. The kick was justifiable in my opinion, I have a potty mouth no doubt. However it would have been appreciated if I were warned instead of straight kicked. No big deal there. However, a few maps later I was talking to said friend and let him know my eSports team made a decision on his application. Shortly thereafter we were both kicked for "recruiting". This is plain wrong. His recruitment took place a long time ago, this was a confirmation notice. I understand the placement of anti-recruitment policies. However, from my standpoint this event was misinterpreted as having gone against the rules. I hope you will find reason in these statements and rightfully un-ban myself and rAAANDY01. If you choose not to, a simple explanation would be appreciated. Thank you

As to you. If you want back on our server, I do not want to see anything from you via ingame chat other than "GG" or "n1", (or a heads up to an admin - for someone breaking a posted server rule) You are a chatspam whore, to put it politly. This is unwelcome and unnecessary on our server. We are here to play, not to look up at your ingame spam.

Unreal. To discriminate against people who talk too much in your server, especially those who are regulars, is unfathomable from a server owner's standpoint. I get that you have a steady flow of traffic, but part of that is because the people who enjoy your server come back. If you continue to treat them in such condescending manor I can assure you it will not go unnoticed by the community. As for my ban, do not bother lifting it as I will not be returning to this server. I figured a polite* explanation of the situation would be taken kindly enough and understood by your mature management team. I was wrong. Censorship is bad, mmkay.

Your ingame language twoards "the regulars" says all I need to know about how you conduct yourself tworads "the community". You disrespect those same regulars with insults, and you concern yourself on how I am precieved? lol, that truly is laughable. You put others down to prop yourself up, yet have the time/energy to tell me my business.   

As to what "the community" thinks of me? I've been the same asshole running this clan since 2007, and seem to be doing ok... And for the record, I dont mind ingame chat. I just dont have time/energy for some unimportant pubber running foul at the mouth, then recruiting on my server, being banned, then whining about it here.

Go complain to whoever will listen... Tell EA I've voilated some TOS. Tell the community you've been unfairly banned by the big meanie at 308. Link them to this post. I sincerely dont care. I've got the chat log from this morning. Even on a quick read through, your the one that comes off looking lowbrow.
